Pregnancy is an exciting, beautiful experience and this massage uses techniques to help with the changes that the body goes through.  Prenatal massage is a therapeutic  and massage that is focused and designed to the expectant mother's needs. This massage provides deep relaxation, relief for tension, pain, aches, leg cramps and reduce stress, and helping to reduce stress, anxiety and swelling.

My Therapeutic Massage is best massage for helping treat tension, aches, pain, and other common problems. In this massage I tailor the session to the individual needs of the client and provide the client with a treatment plan. The Therapeutic Massage is a integrated massage, in which I use a variety of several different modalities; Swedish, Stretches, Body Mobilization Techniques, Deep Tissue, and more. 

Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissue. Slow strokes and targeting the deep layers of the muscles and fascia on the affected areas to alleviate pain and stiffness. This type of massage often uses firm pressure.

Facial Massage is a therapeutic massage that is targeting a more specific area of the body and designed to reduce tension, stress, aches and pain. In this massage I use a variety of different modalities, working from the chest up through the neck, face and scalp. Facial massage can help provide relief from sinus and allergies, TMJ release, headaches and stress.
